Kid's Craft: Fireworks for the Fourth!

JuneBug made me some "flowers" out of popsicle sticks.  We decided they were the perfect addition to our summer decorations since they are reminiscent of fireworks.

She wrote her own tutorial and I thought she'd taken pictures every step of the way.  This is what I got:

 

Supplies: paint, brushes, popsicle sticks (Mom edited: glue, cup of water if using kids water colors, paper to protect table)

Step 1:  Paint popsicle sticks (Mom edited: let dry and paint reverse)
Step 2:  Glue 7 sticks together
 So... there you have it... my 9-year-old's first tutorial...
